RN Edward Vuedale the sonne of Iohn Vuedale & Agnes Croutch was borne 1586 the 18 of Septemb being sonday in the mornng betwixt 3 & 4. at 3. 45 min: he is mutch troubled w^th a bunch swelling in the neck & subiect to mutch breaking out & sores legs & neck specially that it hath bene lanced. a small leane childe w^c batteleth not.

RN W. V. 1598 Ap. 23 die ☉. h. 8. 15. for an itch in his legs body & breaking out in his neck & legs.

RN Marten Purrier. 18 yeres at Astwood troubled in his chest legs swell every yere at winter. a redy faced youth. Marche 3. die ♄. h. 5. 45 50. \p mer/. 1599 breaketh out in his face w^th a great heate. water very good

RN Alce Bunts of hanslop. 23 yeres. a white thick muddish water. lyieth in her hed & b belly. her flesh is wasted away & {illeg}|b|urneth exceedingly. sick this moneth keepeth her bed. sore everywhere. March 12 the die ☾ h. 11 18. 1598.

RN Elisabeth Emmerton of Nash 2i yeres sick this sennet full of paine every where round about her back & lins {sic} & into her hands. 15 of March. die ♃. h. 9. 49. 1599. shee camot {sic} tak any rest day or night light headed
